We Need Your Help

Pride in the Pines has come a long way from the small picnic in the park it was 16 years ago. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of many people over the years and to the climate of positive change the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender community has experienced since that time.

Pride remains a growing and important annual event here in Flagstaff, both as a celebration of our identity and as a symbol of our continued struggle for equality. Your gift allows the organization to continue our festival in spite of the economic distress we currently find ourselves in.

Your donation, may it be big or small will go far in making up for cuts in our state and local government funding. We are asking for your help to ensure that our organization remains sustainable.

We are proud of what we have accomplished and look forward to many more years of welcoming everyone to Pride in the Pines!

Anyone who donates more than $500 will receive two Flagstaff Pride 16th Annual Celebration t-shirts and two entrances to 2012 festival.

We are also happy to accept products and services that can help us with our mission. Some examples are:

  • Gift certificates for fundraises, raffle tickets
  • Office supplies such as; copy paper, file folders, Ink
  • Food donations for our volunteers at pride; Food, sunscreen, water
  • Operating expenses. This contribution will go our website maintenance and printing materials.
  • Anything that helps us with expenses is much appreciated.

Want to be part of the process of producing Pride the Pines and for the Flagstaff community? The board seeks committee members to be a part of Pride in using your ideas and involvement. Our committee’s members help develop and implement ideas to raise funds to relieve the costs of producing Pride throughout the year. Play a part as a valuable member, see the committee’s below:
