UPDATE: On June 1, 2019, Northern Arizona Pride Association will be the first Pride organization in the State of Arizona raising the Rainbow Flag at the Flagstaff City Hall front lawn. The Rainbow Flag will be flown for the whole month of June at City Hall in celebration of PRIDE Month. June 1-30, 2019.

On June 1st the organization will be honoring the 50th year of the historic Stonewall Riots of 1969, in Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan. The historical site where the LGBTQ+ movement began.

The rainbow flag is a reminder that we all share our True Colors of standing forthright against the injustices and the inequalities we face daily. We are fearless, resilient and we always unify for what is right and go to battle for what is wrong. Those values are why our community remains strong. Flagstaff strong.

We will have community members speaking on what we have faced from the past and the great achievements we have moved forward in, for the common good for all.

Speakers as followed:

Deb Taylor -President of Flagstaff Pride
