The novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is an illness that is contagious by respiratory droplets, and severeness of the disease can lead to extreme sickness that could be fatal. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.  Flagstaff Pride, producer of Pride in the Pines has undertaken reasonable steps to lessen the risk of the transmission of COVID-19 in connection with the Festival.  However, Flagstaff Pride cannot guarantee that you or anyone will not become infected with COVID-19. Furthermore, attending could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.

Flagstaff Pride will promote the current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), and Coconino County Health & Human Services (CCHHS) during this year’s event. See the CDC website for more information on choosing safer activities or considerations for events and gatherings to learn more about their recommendations.

  • Be alert for symptoms of COVID-19 and leave the facility if you exhibit symptoms (listed below)
